| Tiivistelmä: | The reform of SOEs is the focal and difficult point in China economic structure reform. The article analyzes and indicates the problems of SOEs, such as poor economic performance, heavy loss and debt, heavy social burden, aging equipment etc.. For the reform of SOEs the article points out that on the basis of further deepening the reform of State-owned large and medium-sized enterprises we must deepen structural reform, transform operation mechanism, optimize and realign the enterprise assets and activate financing structure so as to develop China's enterprises into modern enterprises of clear property rights, definite authority and responsibility, distinct function between the government and enterprises and scientific management. |
