| Tiivistelmä: | The article defined the fairness from the view of the judgement standard, subject and object, pointed out the efficient standards of whether the judgement economic actions are fair or not, and allocation equal standards of individual income. It also pointed out the policy tendencies of priority to efficiency and fairness through the analysis on relative economic model. The policy means to control the deference of individual income with the illegal way and the special right of super-economy to collect money. The government must expand available the deference of individual income favorable overcoming the efficient aim, while reduce and eliminate the deference of individual income with the illegal way and special right of the super-economy. |
