| Tiivistelmä: | It has formed more mature and flexible market system in Shenzhen,e.g., the markets of commodity,information, property interchange ,talents and capitals,while it has explored the innovation system of market as a guidance and industry as a important point and enterprise as a main parts. So we should continue to improve relative law and statue system,especially the protection from intellectual property,improve the management environment of high-tech enterprise,enforce research on the high-tech and develop investments ,build up insurance system lower pioneering-work risk , prepare to construct risky investment organizations in the country. |
