| Tiivistelmä: | Currently, most consolidations of huge enterprises are carried out among U.S., European Union and Japan. The core issues to anti-monopoly law, which are rendered by huge multinational consolidation, are how to control, censor, and approve these multinational consolidations. Some countries, such as Germany and U.S. as well as Germany and France, signed bilateral cooperation agreement or multilateral cooperation agreement. However, the conclusion is just that the issues of restricting competitions in private multinational were solved by bilateral and multilateral agreement method, which has great limitation. Therefore, these years some experts on anti-monopoly extremely advocate enacting an anti-monopoly law that can restrict all members of WTO. |
