| Tiivistelmä: | Through various performances of contractual management, in spite of the two sides' motivation, it was achieved by sign a contract of contractual operation. Before the two parties sign the contractual management agreement, they should pay attention to the following issues: A. Censor the two sides' qualification according to Law. B. Determine annual profit radix objectively. C. Settle creditor's rights and Liability before contract. D. Take mortgage of contract risk. E. Supervise and inspect the behavior of contractors. F. Master the law and statute related with contractual management. In a word, there still exist some problems that can not be ignored, which is to be resolved on the basis of legal standard. |
