| Tiivistelmä: | This article conducted research on some current in-depth factors that constrain the selection of monetary policies, through analysis on the reasons of China low-efficient monetary policy. Factors are as follows: maintaining the stability of RMB exchange rate and narrow circulation channel of bank credit business. It is pointed out that monetary policy should concentrated on demand management in long term perspective, namely, to achieve gross balance through adjusting aggregate demand. Specifically, expectation factors should be taken into consideration during the operation of policies. Put bank credit channel in order, exploit new business, and hasten to resolve the issues of small and medium sized enterprises' difficulties in financing. |
