| Tiivistelmä: | On January 1st, 1998 the staff administration office of the University Hospital in Ulm introduced the personnel administration module Human Resources (R/3 HR) produced by SAP, as the system used up to then no longer fulfilled the increased requirements especially in the fields of controlling and budgeting. Using the SAP R/3 HR system the University Hospital Ulm now has a modern personnel management system in client-server-architecture which also offers extensive evaluation possibilities as well as reporting because it can be used together with other management applications. At the same time it also fits into the idea of having a completely integrated hospital information system. The staff administration office of the University Hospital in Ulm is thereby using one of the most modern and most effective personnel management systems. |
