| Tiivistelmä: | From the founding of the People's Republic of China on, its financial system can be divided into two stages with 1994 as the boundary. Before, 1994 it was suitable to the planned economy and the system of the tax levied on earnings after 1994 was demanded by the system of market economy. the paper then focuses on the thoughts of managing financial affair on the basis of regarding its results as fully positive achieved after carrying out this tax system and forecasts that the government function may change further while China will be marching on along the road of market economy. |
