| Tiivistelmä: | "Three dislocations" lead to the insufficiency of demand under the present environment of the buyer's market. They are: dislocation of supply and consumption structures; that of consumption demand and buying power; that of buying power and consumption. Hence, as far as macro-economic policies are concerned, the paper proposes to grasp the following five combinations:combination of demand and supply management; that of financial and monetary policies; that of economy-initiating by macro-economic policies and the fostering of micro-mechanism; that of monetary and capital market; that of technological progress and employment increasing; and that of preventing financial risks and expanding credit scale. |
