| Tiivistelmä: | It is the insufficient consumptive demand which causes Chinese economic depression and production surplus in the late 1990s. Whereas the main reason of slack consumptive demand is the imperfect social security system. Owing to the increase of anticipated expense, the households have to cut down temporary consumption and raise the level of preventive saving. So, the only of stimulating consumption is to perfect social security system and consequently improve the households' psychological anticipation and marginal propensity to consume (MPC). |
