| Tiivistelmä: | Generally speaking, the value orientation of Chinese traditional managerial thoughts taking Confucian culture as the mainbody is very contrary to that of modern society. Competition, renovation and adventure spirit are encouraged in modern society, but the Confucianists preferred the doctrine of the mean; democracy is advocated in modern society, but the Confucianists recommended autocracy; and so on. Therefore, if China's enterprises want to realize the managerial modernization, they must cardinally change and renovate the traditional managerial thoughts. |
