| Tiivistelmä: | The competitiveness of an industrial system is directly related to decision making in areas of product support logistics, such as the maintenance area. Multicriteria decision making takes into account various aspects associated with competitiveness of the system. This paper presents multicriteria decision models for two maintenance problems: repair contract selection and spares provisioning. This paper presents the formulation and derivations for models and the numerical application illustrates the use of models including sensitivity analysis. |
