| Tiivistelmä: | Due to the considerable increase in business insolvencies especially among young enterprises banks cannot support any newcomer per se. They will have to control their lending policy regarding start-up ventures according to points of profitability, an area which is also of great significance when national economy is put up for discussion. Without any data from the past there has so far been no theoretical basis for credit decisions. |
