| Tiivistelmä: | Drama has been used for millennia to entertain people and to address societal problems. More recently, drama has been developed to serve the ends of change management in organizations. Situation drama - the staging of problem-oriented plays in an organizational context - is used to promote problem-awareness and to stimulate readiness for change. At the same time, this practice implies a new field of activity for theatrical practitioners. This article presents a typology of situation drama and surveys some of the possible uses and effects of situation drama in organizations. |
