| Tiivistelmä: | The article deals with risks and success factors with corporate mergers and acquisitions. This study analyzes and interprets a study using Capital Asset Pricing Model (CAPM) from 1998 to 2001. It is concluded that there are five success factors which characterize a successful transaction: right strategy, right target, right information, right price, and right integration (original in German). |
