| Tiivistelmä: | It has been suggested that group-level factors can contribute to a team-learning orientation. The group climate is characterized by the encouragement, emphasis and rewarding of learning goals. The authors continue the investigation by examining the relationship between a team-learning orientation and objective measures of team performance in intact work teams. The article concludes that emphasis on learning can have a positive influence on team effectiveness. |
