Tiivistelmä:The article considers network horizons. Article also argues that network horizons are inevitable and useful in limited form. Article bases on a case study, in which the authors introduce and discuss three different mediating functions of counterparts. These functions are: a joining, a relating and an insulating function. Authors claim that managers have to analyze and influence counterpartsĀ“ mediating functions, because it supports firmsĀ“ strategizing.
