| Tiivistelmä: | The paper deals with entrepreneurship and with the problems of an education to become a good entrepreneur. It becomes clear that teaching relevant knowledge and methodology of management is not enough. It is more important to confront the student with his future task in an action-oriented framework. The paper first deals with the thinking and the descriptions of the phenomenon called "entrepreneur" in the literature. The paper is also based on experience gained in many years of a training program for future entrepreneurs. These two aspects are integrated in a structural model of education for entrepreneurs. The model consists of the following elements: basic orientation of the program, its contents, methodology, and curriculum. All these elements are developed with a view to specific target groups (original in German). |
