| Tiivistelmä: | "Diversity management" has been an issue in the USA since the beginning of the 1990s. Meanwhile this discussion gains momentum in European and German corporations too. A theoretical frame of reference in presented in this paper and a model of holistic "Diversity management" that covers the most important dimensions is outlined. |
