Tiivistelmä:The first estimates of UK total executive rewards that include detailed long-term incentive plan (LTIP) valuations are presented in this article. It is found that, while increasing average of total rewards, the presence of LTIPs (introduced in 1995) is actually associated with reductions in the sensitivity of executives' total rewards to shareholder return.
