Tiivistelmä:This article examines social orientation of managers´ in Germany. Results showed that low-level managers express higher social orientation than mid-level managers. Females express also high social orientation. However gender isn´t the fact which prescribes the social orientation; the highest impact to social orientation is the position of corporation.
