| Tiivistelmä: | There is a clear tendency in contemporary legal thought to limit agency to individual agents, which is rooted in two forms of individualism : fictive and methodological. The author of this article argues that there is a need of an adequate theory of responsibility which takes into account individual responsibility, society and problems. |
