| Tiivistelmä: | This article examines the relationship btw. organizational commitment to employees (OCE) and company performance with five performance models. The findings of the employee productivity model indicate a positive correlation btw. OCE and company performance. The results of the return of assets, return on sales, return on cash flow, and employee growth models show that small businesses may benefit from some OCE programs more that from the others. |
