| Tiivistelmä: | This paper describes a method called 'Critical User Forums' (here as: CUFs) involving direct interaction btw. design (here as: dgn.) teams and a mixed group of users with severe disabilities. The evaluation of the effectiveness of the method is based on interviews of eight U.K. dgn. consultancies taking part in a dgn. competition. It is concluded that CUFs provide an ideal chance for designers to understand a wider range of users. |
