| Tiivistelmä: | This article describes a study conducted to investigate differences between employees and managers, as well as between men and women, in their perception of climate for creativity in their workplace. The data is collected from Polish work organizations. The results were as the authors hypothesized: managers perceived the climate significantly more favourable to creativity than non-managers. Also male employees perceive the climate more favourable to innovation than women. |
