Tiivistelmä:This article examines the question of whether both more flexibility in an employeesÂ’ job design and commitment oriented human resource management (HRM) activities promote individual innovative work behaviour. The findings of the research indicate that job design and the perceived HRM system promote employee involvement in innovative activities through increased feelings of ownership of work-related issues.
