| Tiivistelmä: | A field study is conducted to examine the relationship between team mental model similarity and accuracy and the performance of teams. Pathfinder is used to operationalize team members' taskwork and teamwork mental models, as well as assessing team performance. Similarity of both models predicted team performance. Also team mental model accuracy measures were predictive. Implications of the findings are discussed for future research. |
