| Tiivistelmä: | This study examines the hotel's willingness to outsource and analyses the influence of outsourcing on organizational performance according to the strategic value of the activities. The results show that exept for traditional factors, there are others, for instance activity performance, which may determine the decision to outsource. Results also show that outsourcing has a positive influence on organizational performance. |
