| Tiivistelmä: | This paper aims to synthesize the research literature reporting on the impact of Creative Problem Solving (CPS) training carried out within organizational contexts, that is, training programs involving professionals or students working on real business challenges. In addition, the positive benefits of CPS are also examined through reports citing the outcomes of applying CPS to business challenges. There has to a balance striken btw. research and practice as an imbalance towards practice may create a field dominated by individuals offering untested products and services. |
