| Tiivistelmä: | This paper operationalizes the principles of sustainable development in the chain-of-custody and measure stakeholders' perceptions of their importance by using the co-orientation model. The findings suggest that sustainability communication requires a systematic approach in which all the activities are aimed for achieving increased understanding between the organization and its stakeholders. The findings can provide tools for management to refine their communication strategies to better fit different situations. |
