| Tiivistelmä: | This article is about the problem of framing in electronic derivatives. In any given trading environment traders are framing or interpreting information about the market by drawing on a range of other information, knowledge and heuristics. This kind of framing reduces uncertainty. This article examines how different ways of framing happens. Framing in electronic market environment is difficult and that is why it creates incentives to do other forms of trading as well, such as block trading with more personal interaction where frames can therefore be re-established more easily. |
