Tiivistelmä:This study deals with the factors that can impact individual performance (here as: i-perf.) when using enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems. A structural model of task-technology fit, ERP user satisfaction, and i-perf. in ERP environments is tested. A survey method is used to examine the perceptions of ERP users. Factor and reliability analyses are performed to assess the validity of the survey instrument. Identified are 6 factors as having an impact on i-perf.: System Quality, Documentation, Ease of use, Reliability, Authorization, and Utilization. To explore the relationships among these factors, conducted are regression and multivariate regression splines analysis, and compared are the findings from these two analytical techniques. Among other, evidence is provided that System Quality, Utilization, and Ease of Use are the most important factors bearing on i-perf. in ERP environments.
