| Tiivistelmä: | The economic and managerial explanations of new business (here as: n-bs.) growth is discussed. The technological and market activities of businesses were considered important elements of the business growth, as well as the managerial capacity of the enterprises in allocating its resources. It was suggested that human capital could contribute growth on the performance of the firm. In addition, flexibility is important for the development of the n-bs. |
