| Tiivistelmä: | This paper investigates the concept of CSR in the context of governments' actions in the EU-15 countries exploring how the governments have understood, designed and implemented CSR public policies. Based on the research an analytical framework to analyze CSR public policies is proposed. The observed ways of governmental actions leads the authors to suggest a 'four ideal' typology model for governmental action on CSR in Europe including partnership, business in the community, sustainability, and citizenship and agora. |
