| Tiivistelmä: | In this study the authors examine the impact of asset specificity, role performance and cultural sensitivity on the quality of the relationships between importers and their foreign suppliers. The examination is done through mailed survey involving 292 importing firms. In the survey relationship quality is presented as higher-order concept that results in lesser conflict stronger trust, commitment and satisfaction. The results of the research show that asset specificity, role performance and cultural sensitivity play a major positive role in building sound relationship quality. |
