| Tiivistelmä: | The purpose of this article is to outline a model which seeks to make the role of opportunity in the modern economic theory of the entrepreneur clearer. The concept of opportunity is argued to be closely connected with the concept of a project given that an opportunity can be viewed as project that would be beneficial if it were exploited. Therefore, authors suggest that modelling individual search across possible projects, and the screening of projects by the use of symptoms, is the way to model the entrepreneurship in terms of opportunity with success. |
