| Tiivistelmä: | In the last 25 years, negotiation (hereafter as: neg-n.) has become recognized both as a topic of serious research and as an essential set of skills. This article reviews the available evidence as to the effectiveness of neg-n. training using four levels of outcome measurement. The existing evidence suggests that neg-n. training can have positive effects. This article reviews the specific effects of different teaching methods with recommendation of additional research. |
