| Tiivistelmä: | By conducting an analysis on Eurotech's introduction to concurrent engineering (CE), this article studies the under-researched topic of how human resource management practices are addressed in innovation projects. In order to develop a political perspective for the field of study in question, a four-dimensional approach to power is introduced. The findings of the study reveal that despite supportive circumstances human resource management tends to receive little attention in innovation projects. |
