Tiivistelmä: | This paper reports on an exploratory research with interviews of academics and practitioners. A number of different routes to knowledge exchange (hereafter as: knw-exg.) are discussed and identified. In general, there are 4 broad factors, that is, individual, institutional, content and relationship, identified as being of prime importance in creating mutual value in knw-exg. A set of implications are drawn out to support academics, practitioners and policy makers in improving knw-exg. in the area of marketing. |
