Tiivistelmä:This paper aims at presenting a vocabulary (here as: vocbly.) of terms clearly defining knowledge management (KM) activities for moving towards consensus in the adoption of a common language. Adoption of a common vocbly. to describe KM activities provides a platform for better understanding how best to manage these activities, enabling clearer identification of the KM capabilities by various sectors within the broader business community.
