Tiivistelmä: | The study examines the importance of several capabilities of psycho sociological factors of hotel managers, in order to develop their perceptions of the competitive environment emerging in the post-Internet era. To be precise, the study pays attention to the factors related to personality and leadership, to progress the promptness of this perception. The study was based on interviews of Spanish hotel managers. In addition a Delphi study with international experts and structural equation modelling to test the hypotheses formulated were used. The findings reveal that the education, globalization capabilities and psychological factors e.g personal networks play important role in the perceptions of the hotel managers. |
