| Tiivistelmä: | A multinational business cannot expect to develop one single scenario which represents the development of world society in the coming decade. There is scope for substantial economic growth of an order which has not been seen since the 1960s,but fear of failure and the caution which are inevitable after the crisis-ridden and disturbed business environment of the 1970s could mean that the opportunities are missed. Multinationals will have to develop flexible strategies for a wide variety of possible environments and management styles to operate in a highly competitive environment. |
