| Tiivistelmä: | An in-depth look is taken at the analysis that led to the recommendations of the study undertaken by a major American industrial firm on the logistics and distribution function associated with its equipment business. Implementation process associated with those recommendations is examined. The approaches used by organizations to arrive at implementation decisions are explored in detail. A conceptual model illustrating the interactions between planning,the international marketing of change and implementation is also presented. Specific guidelines for distribution managers are provided. |
