| Tiivistelmä: | Since the Second World War four Cooperative Agreement governing labour relations in the private sector have been concluded between the Danish employers' and workers' federations. The evolving functions of the joint cooperation committees at the enterprise level,especially in relation to personnel policy principles,the role of the central Cooperation Board set up to assist these committees,and the model personnel policy guidelines,which are generally followed by individual enterprises are discussed. |
