Tiivistelmä:The possibilities and risks of launching a product can be assessed only unsatisfactorily by conventional evaluation systems. But adequate personal computer systems for realization of the decision-making process have been missing. Three Swiss scientists developed a new-product decision-making model for computers. Within the general problem description the manager can document the most important qualities of the product with help of text processing. The different influence factors for success are apprehended through the available success factors.
