| Tiivistelmä: | Recruitment agencies are one of the privileged places of meeting or of adaptation and confrontation between what training can offer and the need for qualification on the part of the companies. The profession of recruitment specialists has recently undergone profound mutation which interests first of all companies and young graduates. Particulary those evolutions are investigated in this study which are related to the needs and competencies of companies, to the methods of evaluation of the potentials and to the mobility of employment in European context. |
