| Tiivistelmä: | Structured systems analysis SSA is a methodology and set of conceptual tools which provide a systematic approach to new systems development. The premise of SSA is that systems development failures are the result of not understanding the function and deficiencies of the old system. However, SSA requires a significant amount of work, largely because of the unstructured manual approach to recording the users detailed procedures. Video is a useful medium which can simplify the recording of detailed procedures. |
