| Tiivistelmä: | Different kinds of love (romantic love, family love) are compared and evaluated in organizational contexts. Love is seen as the fundamental value that supports healthy relationships among the members of an organization. In this respect the leader can be seen in the same role to the organization as the physician to patient. Some recommendations are made in relation to the proper ways of expression of organizational love. New aspects of "human relations" in organizations are highlighted. Five propositions are made in relation to the manifestation of love and to the use of it as a source of energy. |
