Tiivistelmä:Of the various methodologies to measure values, England's theory and methodology of value measurement is considered the most useful as an aid in devising appropriate management styles. It utilizes a Personal Value Questionnaire. This distinguishes values that are behaviorally-relevant from the potential values held by an individual. The methodology is indicative of managerial behavior and, therefore, is useful in devising a managerial style applicable across different cultures.
