| Tiivistelmä: | It is aimed at introducing the emerging venture businesses and their distinguishing features, in so called "new industrial society". Compared with the USA, one can notice that Japan totalizes an impressive number of small and medium sized enterprises and proportionally less venture businesses. These small entrepreneurial firms, formerly a cause of the country's economical backwardness, should now with their advanced level of technologies and their high level division of industrial labour, be able to subcontract with venture businesses. This environment in combination with other facts makes it possible for venture business to enter the new markets with products based on innovative devices and new materials. |
